The lacrosse teams plan on running and walking the distance from Los Angeles to Long Island — 2,750 miles — as a team to raise money.

The Crespi lacrosse team helped raise $60,000 for breast cancer research and testing Saturday during its Walk Like a Man walkathon.

Players from the four teams will also walk 6.98 miles from the Brooklyn side of the Brooklyn Bridge to Times Square together in April.

Crespi Coach Jon Oswaks has issued a challenge to every high school from every sport in the nation to rally their teams to help raise money to eliminate cancer.
