1. Amador Valley (Calif.), 2-0
The Dons passed their first big test of the season with a 24-17 victory over The Menlo School (Calif.). Cambi Cukar finished with seven goals and an assist, while Evan Murphy scored three goals with six assists.

2. Centaurus (Colo.), 4-0
The Warriors picked up a signature 9-6 victory over rival Cherry Creek (Colo.). It was the first time Centaurus has ever defeated the Bruins. Sarah Brown (Colorado) led the way with six goals.

3. Novato (Calif.), 6-0
The Hornets enter the poll on the heals of six consecutive victories to open the season. Novato has outscored its opponents 111-29 in those games. The big test comes this week in a showdown with top-ranked Amador Valley.

4. Chatfield (Colo.), 3-0
The Chargers enter the poll this week by opening the season with three consecutive victories. Chatfield picked up one of the biggest wins in program history with a 14-9 victory over Cherry Creek. Rachel Walker finished with six goals.

5. Air Academy (Colo.), 4-0
The Kadets continued their early season surge with four wins, including over Kent Denver (Colo.) and Arapahoe (Colo.). Air Academy has a big out-of-state game against Los Alamitos this week.

6. Menlo School (Calif.), 6-1
The Knights suffered their first loss of the season, dropping a 24-17 decision to top-ranked Amador Valley. Menlo was led by Sophia Donovan and Nikky Price, who each had six goals. Menlo bounced back with a key 11-10 victory over California High School with Parvathi Narayan leading the way with four goals.

7. Foothill-Santa Ana (Calif.), 2-0
The Knights enter the poll this week with two dominant victories over Aliso Niguel (Calif.) and Mater Dei (Calif.). Foothill has a touch match-up this week against Valencia, which improved to 5-1 last week.

8. Poway (Calif.), 2-0
The Titans picked up two victories to open the season, outscoring Ramona (Calif.) and La Jolla (Calif.) by a combined 31-10. Poway has two big tests on the horizon with games against Torrey Pines and Coronado.

9. Carondelet (Calif.), 3-1
The Cougars beat Sacred Heart Prep (Calif.) 18-5 and the team continues to get better. Carondelet has put together one of the toughest schedules in the region and faces a tough out-of-state battle with Kent Denver this week.

10. California High School (Calif.) 3-1
The Grizzlies had their first setback of the season with a tough, 11-10 loss to No. 7 Menlo School. Shannon Geary led California with five goals. The Grizzlies look to bounce back this week with games against St. Francis (Calif.) and Granite Bay (Calif.).
